Ok, so I used to weigh 285 lbs from the age of 25-33 or so. I was a somewhat "chubby" child but never truly fat. I was not even chubby as a teen but the "freshman 15" became the 40 become the 50 when I was at the university and by the time I married, fathered children and entered the "real" world, I found myself weighing in at a whopping 285lbs on a medium to large sized 5'11" frame!! What to do??!!??
