Where have I been??!!??

Busy trying to lose more weight but seemingly not able to do it!! Oh, yes. I did leave out a lot of information as to how I used to weigh 285lbs but now weigh 144lbs! How did I do it? Well, I tried many different approaches with the most radical being convincing a not too interested in his patients doctor to prescribe .6 miligrams of synthroid per day! That of course made my metabolism skyrocket and I lost weight. BUT...it all came back when I was discovered!! So what did I do then? I tried the old tried and true method-diet and exercise!!!

My weight losses and...gains!! Part Two

So at 285lbs on my 5'11" body I was quite large! I had a 44 inch waist and needed a 48R suit size! Needless to say, it was difficult to find clothes to fit me, I was uncomfortable most of the time and I had a few related health problems so it is a good thing I was still young! I was keenly aware of my size and my health issues but I was too lazy to exercise and i loved food and drink too much to do anything about it! But the something changed inside of me so the outside of me changed!

Ok, so I used to weigh 285 lbs from the age of 25-33 or so. I was a somewhat "chubby" child but never truly fat. I was not even chubby as a teen but the "freshman 15" became the 40 become the 50 when I was at the university and by the time I married, fathered children and entered the "real" world, I found myself weighing in at a whopping 285lbs on a medium to large sized 5'11" frame!! What to do??!!??
